Student Uniform

Students are expected to arrive in their ACE uniform (details below) Student arriving incorrectly dressed will be offered spares to swap into.

  • ACE branded Fleece as an outdoor only coat 
    (provided by ACE)
  • ACE Polo shirt (2 provided by ACE)
  • Black Trousers
  • Black shoes / trainers

Student Absence

If you child is going to be absent or late arriving, please call reception (01582 359370) and leave a message with your child’s name and the reason.

 

If your child needs to leave ACE early, please call and speak to our reception staff.

Student Attendance

Students need to be onsite by 9.30am to get the free breakfast and by 9.45am to get a present ‘on time’ mark.

 

Students arriving after 9.45am will be marked late

 

Students arriving after 10.15am are legally required to be marked as absent

 

Attendance is reviewed.

Students with Allergies or on Medications

If your child does have any allergies, please ensure that ACE are aware so we can adjust our records and any risk assessments accordingly and inform catering staff.

 

If you child needs to take medication, or usually takes medication and you wish to send in some spare tablets in case they forget, please contact reception (01582 359370 or email office@avenuecentre.co.uk) and ask for a ‘Medications Permission’ form to be sent to you. Please complete this and return.

 

If your child needs to carry an Inhaler, Epi-pen or any other medication, then please contact and inform receptions so this can be passed on to the First Aid Team and we can be aware when arranging trips and visits.
